HANOI INTERNATIONAL WINTER ADVENTURE VIC CAMP 2023

Hanoi City – Hoa Binh Province - Ha Nam Province

1. ORGANISER

- VIC Camp (VIC Camp has been an official Member of the International Camp Fellowship – ICF since 2/2018) in cooperation with Life Skill Training Centre.

2. TIME: JDecember 23 – 30, 2023 (8 days).

3. VENUE: Ha Noi city – Hoa Binh province – Ha Nam province.

4. CAMPSITE: An Lac Eco-Farm & Hot Springs Resort (4****) (Link of the Campsite is available at last page).

5. CAMPER UNIFORM: Campers will be provided a Uniform Set of 01 back pack, 03 coats & 03 T-shirts, 02 caps, 01 water container, 01 note & 01 pen

6. LANGUAGE: English.

7. AGE:

Junior Camp (10-12); Senior Camp (13-16).

8. PARTICIPANTS: Vietnamese Campers & International Campers.

9. CAMP COUNSELORS & VOLUNTEERS: Vietnamese and International.

10. MEAL, ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORT:

- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

- Accommodation: Very nice room in An Lac Eco-Farm & Hot Spring Resort, Each room has 10 single bed for 10 same gender campers.

- Transport: Campers will be picked up at the Campsite or Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi city; visits to destinations by new 45 seated Bus.

Visit 3 Traditional craft villages: Giang Mo village, Doi Tam Drum Village, Bat Trang Pottery Traditional Village.

13 visiting destinations: 5 destinations in Hoa Binh Province (Hoa Binh hydroelectric lake, Muong Cultural Space Museum, Giang Mo village, Heritage Park of Vietnam Scientists, Cao Phong Orange Farm), 5 destinations in Ha Nam province (Tam Chuc Buddhist Sites: Tam The Palace, Quan Am Palace, Tam Chuc Pagoda, Tam Chuc Stream; Doi Tam Traditional Drum Village), 3 destinations in Hanoi City(Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph's Cathedral, Hanoi Old Quarters, Ho Guom Night Walking Street)

1 Community Activity: Awarding scholarship to excellent students from poor ethnic families; 1 Gratitude Activity: A Letter of Heart Words to the Parents; 1 Environment Activity: Collecting Garbage, 1 Charity Activity: Give donation to blood cancer patients at hospital.

1 Camper Got Talent; 1 Fashion Show; 1 Food Contest; Lots of Arts Performances; 1 Amazing Race around Ho Guom Lake; 1 Campfire.

5 Activities of Sports: Frisbee, Outdoors Yoga, Archery, Javelin, Swimming

8 Interesting Teambuildings: Water Supply, Solidarity Ball, Standing Bottle, Brave Commando, Life Round, Matrix of Number, Oversize Shoes, Central Point.

3 Activities of Survival Skills: Escape from House-fire, Rescue the drowned victims, Cold prevention skills
